As the Quality Control Manager for the renovation of Building 4511, I played a pivotal role in ensuring the project's success from inception to completion. My responsibilities encompassed a broad range of tasks aimed at maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with all relevant construction and safety regulations.

At the project's outset, I meticulously coordinated with subcontractors to procure and review submittal data, ensuring all materials and methods met project specifications and regulatory standards. I organized and led preparatory meetings, fostering clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.

Throughout the renovation, which included extensive reroofing, demolition of exterior improvements, and the dismantling of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, I conducted daily follow-up inspections. These inspections were critical in identifying and addressing potential issues promptly, ensuring that all work adhered to the approved plans and quality standards.

I also played a key role in managing project documentation and reporting. This involved uploading schedules into the Resident Management System (RMS) for the project manager, which facilitated seamless project tracking and reporting. Safety was a paramount concern throughout the renovation. I implemented rigorous safety protocols to protect all on-site personnel, conducted regular safety briefings, and ensured compliance with all safety regulations.
